Working at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is more than a job. It’s being part of a mission to provide exceptional health care for Alaska Native and American Indian people through a holistic system of care created as an act of self-determination in health care.
Community Health teams at ANTHC connect rural communities and Tribal partners to wellness and prevention services and conduct epidemiological research to monitor health trends and seek improvements.
There are deep connections between water and wellness, and ANTHC's Environmental Health and Engineering teams work directly with rural communities across Alaska to provide planning, design, construction, and operations support for water and wastewater infrastructure.
Alaska Native and American Indian people deserve access to high-quality health care whether they live in a rural community or a large city. ANTHC trains health aides in various specialties to provide direct access to care in rural settings.
People travel vast distances to receive care at the Alaska Native Medical Center. From patient travel and logistics to patient housing and transportation to food and nutrition services, ANTHC has teams dedicated to every aspect of the patient experience.
Our dedication to the personal and professional growth of our employees matches our commitment to excellence in health care.
Here’s what we offer:
Your talent will help us make our vision a reality—Alaska Native people are the healthiest people in the world.
We invest in people and offer exceptional health, retirement, and education benefits so everyone on our team can thrive.
