Daniel Weinstein (he/him) was born and raised in Anchorage, AK. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada. For the last 13 years, Daniel has worked in various fields of mental health including residential, outpatient, and emergency settings.

At the BHWC, Daniel provides referral management to BHWC clients. Referral management typically involves connecting clients to different levels of care across the state of Alaska. This includes residential treatment, intensive outpatient, and long-term outpatient Services. Daniel also provides coordination with various agencies clients may be involved with. Daniel believes in letting clients be the primary decision makers with their care, and providing as much support as possible around those decisions.

In his free time, Daniel enjoys reading, and hiking on the many trails in the Chugach Mountains.
