Natasha Singh hired as ANTHC President/CEO
March 5, 2025The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) Board of Directors named Natasha Singh President/CEO following a national recruitment effort led by the executive search firm Spencer Stuart.
Out of 225 highly qualified candidates, Natasha’s dynamic leadership and clear vision for the Alaska Tribal Health System stood out.
“Natasha emerged as the best person for the job,” ANTHC Board Chair Kimberley Strong said. “Her leadership style uniquely qualifies her to navigate the external challenges that currently face our Alaska Native Health System, and her vision of building a self-sustaining system for our Alaska Native people into the future is encouraging. She understands ANTHC’s crucial role in the healthcare Alaska Native and American Indian people in our state receive and knows how to lead a system that is powered by self-governance.”
Before being selected for this position, Natasha served for nine months as Interim President/CEO, and she previously was Executive VP and VP of Legal Affairs for the Consortium.

For more than a decade, Natasha represented Alaska’s Tribes as lead negotiator with the federal government, and she also previously served as General Counsel for Tanana Chiefs Conference. Natasha, Dinyee Hut’aane (Stevens Village), is the daughter of Karm and Renee Singh and granddaughter of the late Valerie and Stephen Matthew. She is the mother of three children – Conan, Tiger, and Isaac – who are also Kaltag Tribal members.
