August 29, 2024

Please join ANTHC and Tell Your Heart Story in honor of Suicide Prevention Awareness Month in September.

Connecting with protective factors makes us resilient during challenging times. Protective factors are strengths and supports that promote health and well-being. Throughout September, ANTHC will host weekly activities to promote connections to our strengths and supports. After completing the weekly activity, visit anthc.org/TYHS and complete a survey for a chance to win $100 in Amazon gift cards. Participation is open to all Alaska residents.

Weekly activities:

  • Activity 1: Mental, Emotional, Physical Strength – Sept. 1-8
  • Activity 2: Land, Air and Sea – Sept. 9-15
  • Activity 3: Spiritual Strength – Sept. 16-22
