Matt Carle is ANTHC’s Vice President of Planning and Business Development. Matt provides strategic management and direction over planning and business development functions to support the Consortium and leads development and implementation of business and growth strategies, marketing plans, and strategic planning.
Matt is a lifelong Alaskan who grew up in the Southeast Alaska community of Hydaburg. He is an enrolled Tribal member with the Hydaburg Cooperative Association, the Central Council of the Tlingit and Haida Tribes of Alaska. Mr. Carle is a shareholder of Sealaska Corporation.
Most recently, Matt served as the Alaska Native Program Director for Alyeska Pipeline Service Company, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to advance Alyeska’s commitment to the Alaska Native peoples outlined in Section 29 of the Federal Agreement and Grant of Right-of-Way for TAPS. Prior to that, Matt was the Chief of Staff for Alyeska, responsible for the planning and administrative direction for the Alyeska president’s financial and operational activities.
