Work continues through the month of March! Here’s what our team is working on:
- Sprinkler contractor cutting in heads on the 1st and 2nd floors
- Currently roofing area 5
- Glazers working on the east side windows
- Installing siding on the north side
- Sheathing soffits on the east side
- MEP in phase 4 on the second floor
Note: “Phase” refers to the area or section being worked on. Each phase includes the first floor, second floor, and roof. See Phase map below.
Upcoming Milestones:
- Finalize the phenolic panels on the North and West exterior walls
- Complete the work on the phase 4 soffits
- Move to permanent utilities for the facility
This is a new build construction project on the corner of Ambassador Drive and Elmore Road. There should not be direct impacts to departments, although visitors to campus will most likely notice the construction activity. Noise levels will rise in the immediate vicinity due to heavy equipment operation.
