The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is a new construction project at the corner of Ambassador Drive and Elmore Road. This work should not affect most departments. People visiting the campus may see construction and hear increased noise near the work area due to heavy equipment.
Work continues through the month! Here’s what our team is working on:

- Finish insulating the plumbing lines and ductwork in phase 5

- Move into phases 2–6 for countertop installation

- Complete the infrastructure for the sprinkler system

- Civil crews will be roughing in and developing the parking lot

- Porte cochere construction ongoing

- Installing phenolic panels and a weather barrier for the exterior siding

- Stone masons are wrapping up the oxygen (O₂) enclosure

- Installing ceiling grid on the first floor and in the stairwells

- Hanging, taping, and texturing of the corridor walls
