Construction update
With the foundation complete, crews are now working on the building envelope and erecting steel. Phase four slab on grade is currently being poured, and slab on deck in phases two and three will be poured soon. The building envelope is scheduled for completion at the end of February 2026.
Construction is underway at the corner of Ambassador Drive and Elmore Road. There should not be direct impacts to departments, although visitors on campus will most likely notice the activity. Noise levels will increase in the immediate vicinity due to the operation of heavy equipment.
