Rebecca Ervin is Upper Tanana Athabascan and European originally from Northway, Alaska currently residing in Anchorage with her three children. Rebecca is a first-generation college graduate that received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Alaska Pacific University in the fall of 2017. She is working towards her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (MSCP) degree. Rebecca has worked with ANTHC for over three years and recently transferred from the Wellness and Prevention department where she worked with Elders. In her spare time, Rebecca likes to participate in subsistence hunting, fishing and gathering with her family and learning her Athabascan culture and language. Rebecca’s passion consists of working with the Indigenous community on behavioral health wellness.
