Housekeeping
Housekeepers will visit your room every other day to sanitize the bathroom, clean all exposed surfaces, empty trash, and replace towels as necessary. We will also change your bedding every four days as well, and we always do our best to make up your room while you are out.
If you would like additional housekeeping services or have questions or concerns about the cleanliness of your accommodations, please press the housekeeping button on the phone in your room and we will send an attendant to attend to your needs.

Floors four and six are outfitted with fully functional kitchens. The sixth-floor kitchen is only available to guests of the Ronald McDonald Floor.
Please do your part to keep the kitchens tidy. Make sure to clean up after yourself so the next guest also arrives at a clean space. Both the refrigerator and freezer space is available to you during your stay. Please make sure to empty them of your items before leaving.
