Fifth annual Healthy Alaska Natives Foundation Golf Classic tees off on Friday, July 22July 1, 2016
The Healthy Alaska Natives Foundation is preparing for its fifth annual Teeing Off for Tribal Health Golf Classic on Friday, July 22, at the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Moose Run Golf Course. The one-day Golf Classic is highlighted by an 18-hole scramble tournament, contests, raffle prizes, lunch and more.
Support is needed for this fun and impactful fundraiser. Proceeds from this year’s event will help provide for the emotional needs of children dealing with health challenges. Whether they are undergoing surgery, coping with the loss of a loved one or facing a painful, life-limiting condition, your help enables the Healthy Alaska Natives Foundation to meet their needs.
Businesses or individuals can join us by sponsoring the event or a team, participating as a player, donating items for the event, or all of the above. Players of all abilities are invited to participate and enjoy: fun contests on the green, player goodie bags and prizes, and awards for the top three teams.
Registration is currently underway with options for both teams and individual players. Entry fees include green fees, two carts per team, player goodie bags, snack cart items and a barbeque lunch. Register now at http://inspiringgoodhealth.org/2016-golf-classic/.
Last year’s Golf Classic drew 74 players and 19 teams who raised more than $26,000.
