ANMC Biomedical Engineering will host an informational table Wednesday and Friday during Health Care Technology Management Week at the Alaska Native Medical Center hospital lobby by the first floor elevators. Visitors can participate in demonstrations of the intersection between human physiology and engineering technology, as well as take department tours, participate in games, and enter to win prizes.
Alaska Native Medical Center’s Health Care Technology Management team, Biomedical Engineering, supports our Alaska Native people by:
- Advancing innovative medical technology and biomedical engineering, enabling providers to better diagnose and treat our Alaska Native people
- Developing and supporting medical technology, which improves overall quality of life and helps save countless lives
- Integrating medical technology with electronic medical records, telehealth services and mobile technologies, making it easier for our Alaska Native people to access care
