Basement, Level 1, and Level 3 mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations continue.
Also in progress are electrical and plumbing in-wall on Level 1; interior wall layouts; elevator 17/18 shaft wall drywall from Levels 1-5; and door frame installation in stairwells and interior walls.
Door frames are currently being installed in stairwells and interior walls, and penthouse framing has begun. Parking garage area grading is also ongoing.
Nearing completion are the stairwell shaft walls and handrails on all levels, along with the exterior curtain wall on Levels 4-6 on the west side.
Potential Operational Impacts
Tudor Center Drive eastbound lane will be closed from July 1 through July 24 to allow for construction work on the north side of the building.
Air intake plenums installed to improve air flow may cause some noise.
The west side of the site will be impacted for foot and vehicle traffic through the Summer of 2026.
Work in the area will impact some existing basement spaces through early 2027.
Stairwell 6 closure is ongoing and is scheduled to run through the Spring of 2027.
