Concrete slab work is completed on Levels 1-3, and they have been enclosed for heat retention. Air intake plenums have been installed to improve air flow.
Concrete and rebar work is progressing on Levels 4-7, while framing buildout, electrical, and mechanical work continues in the basement.
On the horizon is the enclosing of Level 4 and the fireproofing of structural steel on Levels 2 and 3; work for which will begin in March.
Level 1 interior wall locations are laid out. The framing is planned for May.
Potential Operational Impacts
Some disruptions due to noise or vibration may occur as workers progress.
Stairwell 6 closure is ongoing and is scheduled to run through the Spring of 2027.
