The power of connection, culture, and care plays a vital role in our overall health. During September’s Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, ANTHC will promote skills-based activities and participate in events aimed at enhancing our connections with community, culture, and caring for ourselves and others.
Tell Your Heart Story online activity
This year’s online activity will focus on the role that connection, culture and care play in increasing our resiliency and overall mental health and wellness. Throughout the month, build connections with others, engage in traditional activities and practice care for yourself and others, then tell us about your experience for a chance to win $100 in Amazon gift cards! If you provide your email in survey question 9 you will be eligible for another $100 amazon gift card drawing. Prize winners will be selected at random. One entry per person. Must be a resident of Alaska to be eligible. Participate at anthc.org/TYHS.
